The Total Body — a programme designed to work for every part of every body, from total beginners to professional athletes, tailored to your individual goals

The Total Cardio — this programme will make you sweat! A series of dynamic exercises performed at high speed with no resting periods

Ski Ready — a total lower body workout that will strengthen the legs and get you ready for the slopes quickly and safely

The Jet lag Therapy — a deep stretching and breathing programme designed to re-oxygenate the body and re-boot the circulation following transatlantic and long-haul flights

Massage Therapy — for rehabilitation, beautifully toned skin, or total indulgence, this programme will ease aches and pains, significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite, relax and rejuvenate

Power Burlesque — a total body workout with old-fashioned glamour at its core. Power Burlesque is about embracing femininity and showing off curves.

All classes are twenty five minutes and are performed in comfortable clothing and socks or bare feet. Jet lag and Massage Therapy are private (one- to-one) classes.
